I collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, design, developers, marketing, SMEs) to create concise, engaging web content — for new launches and redesigns — to educate, inform, and persuade visitors to act. I’m also a UX writer and an experienced content strategist.

Among others, I’ve created web content for TD Bank, Rogers, the IESO, World Vision, GM, Fuller Landau, the University of Toronto (OISE CPL), The Chang School of Continuing Education, and other brands and not-for-profits.

Moving from macro to micro, I defined the overarching content strategy for this site and developed the page tables and web content style guide. I collaborated with a UX expert to design the site architecture and guided and edited the senior writer’s copy.
